Returns & Exchange Policy

You can return & exchange items within 30 days of purchasing it. The item needs to re-packaged and in the same condition when it was bought. To exchange it, simply send it back to us to our address:  Zar Tee Designs, 7 Downlands Gardens, Worthing, BN14 9EZ.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via bank transfer. Refunds will take 2-3 days to appear back in your account.

30 to 50 pieces = 15 - 20 days
